Digital Delivery

GiftPe is a 100% digital platform. All vouchers, gift cards, and coupon codes are delivered electronically to your registered email address and are instantly accessible within the app. There is no physical shipping involved.

Delivery Timeline

Upon successful payment, your voucher or gift card code will be:

• Available instantly in the My Vouchers section of the app.

• Sent to your registered email address within 5–15 minutes.

In rare cases of high demand or technical issues, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your voucher within 24 hours of purchase, please:

• Check the My Vouchers section in the app.

• Check your spam or junk email folder.

• Contact our support team at support@giftpe.in with your order ID.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please ensure your registered email address is correct before making a purchase. GiftPe is not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect email address provided at the time of registration.
