At GiftPe, operated by Zapnity Services (OPC) Private Limited, we provide digital gift cards, vouchers, and other digital products from various brands through our platform.

This Pricing Policy explains how the prices of gift cards and vouchers are displayed, calculated, and charged to customers.

1. Gift Card Denomination

Each gift card or voucher is available in denominations specified by the respective brand, issuer, or authorised distributor. For example:

  • ₹250 Gift Card

  • ₹500 Gift Card

  • ₹1,000 Gift Card

  • ₹2,000 Gift Card

The denomination represents the value of the gift card or voucher and is subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the respective brand or issuer.

2. Product Pricing

The selling price of each gift card or voucher will be clearly displayed on the GiftPe website/application before the customer proceeds with the purchase.

Depending on the applicable offer, the selling price may be equal to or lower than the gift card denomination. For example:

  • Gift Card Value: ₹500

  • Discount: ₹25

  • Selling Price: ₹475

The customer will be able to review the applicable price before confirming the order.

3. Discounts and Savings

GiftPe may offer discounts or promotional pricing on selected gift cards and vouchers. Where applicable, the following information will be displayed to the customer:

  • Gift card denomination/value

  • Original value/MRP, where applicable

  • Discount amount or percentage

  • Selling price

  • Customer savings

  • Final payable amount

Discounts may vary depending on the brand, denomination, campaign, availability, promotional period, and other applicable conditions.

4. Final Payable Amount

The final payable amount will be clearly displayed to the customer at checkout before payment is initiated.

The customer will have an opportunity to review the order details and final payable amount before completing the transaction.

Any applicable taxes, convenience fees, platform charges, or other applicable charges, if any, will be disclosed before the payment is completed.

5. Price Changes

GiftPe may change the selling price, discounts, promotional offers, denominations, or availability of gift cards and vouchers from time to time.

Prices displayed at the time of checkout will apply to the order, subject to successful payment and order confirmation.

Changes in pricing after an order has been successfully confirmed will not affect the confirmed price of that order.

6. Promotional Pricing

Promotional prices and discounts may be available for a limited period and may be subject to specific eligibility or usage conditions.

GiftPe reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers in accordance with the applicable offer terms.

Unless specifically stated, promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers.

7. Payment and Checkout

Customers will be shown the applicable product price before proceeding to payment. The purchase flow is:

  1. Select Gift Card

  2. View Product & Pricing

  3. Checkout

  4. Review Final Amount

  5. Payment

  6. Payment Verification

  7. Gift Card Fulfilment

  8. Delivery

The Payment Gateway will be implemented at the checkout/payment stage, where the customer makes payment against the confirmed gift card order.

8. Payment Gateway

The Payment Gateway will facilitate the collection of payment for confirmed customer orders. The Payment Gateway integration will be placed after the customer:

  1. Selects a gift card or voucher;

  2. Selects the applicable denomination;

  3. Reviews the selling price and applicable discount;

  4. Proceeds to checkout; and

  5. Confirms the final payable amount.

Following successful payment verification, the order will proceed for gift card fulfilment through the applicable authorised issuer/distributor/fulfilment partner.

9. Gift Card Availability

Gift card denominations, brands, pricing, discounts, and availability may depend on the inventory and commercial terms provided by the respective brand, issuer, or authorised distributor.

Accordingly, the availability and pricing of a particular product may change from time to time.

10. Taxes and Other Charges

Where applicable, taxes, convenience fees, platform charges, or other charges will be disclosed to the customer before the payment is completed.

The customer will be shown the final payable amount at checkout.

11. No Hidden Pricing

GiftPe aims to maintain transparent pricing.

The customer will be able to view the applicable product price and final payable amount before completing the purchase.

GiftPe does not intend to impose undisclosed charges on customers after an order has been confirmed.

12. Brand Terms and Conditions

All gift cards and vouchers are subject to the respective brand's terms, conditions, validity period, redemption rules, and restrictions.

Customers are advised to review the applicable brand-specific terms before purchasing a gift card or voucher.
